Native to the state of North Dakota, where I'm currently residing on a farm with my nutty dog, Louie. Recent graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Baking & Pastry and Food Service Management. Pastry chef, imaginative, and most of all a sugar enthusiast.
Favorites:
- Crushed red pepper flakes- I put them on pretty much everything.
- Frosting- I think frosting is my favorite sweet. Would it be considered a sweet all on its own?
- Pinterest- I'm addicted to this website. I'm on there constantly always pinning new baking ideas and recipes.
- Tattoos- I currently have 5 at the moment and I'm not sure when the next one will happen, but knowing me it will happen within the next 6 months.
- Peanut butter- at one point in time I was in England where peanut butter is a foreign thing and is hard to find. Luckily I brought 2 of the biggest jars of peanut butter that you can buy with me. The downside was that both jars were gone in a month. Can't seem to get enough of the stuff.
Dislikes:
- Watermelon- really any type of melon I really don't like. Not sure why.
- Sea food- It's really a texture thing.
- Bacon- ya I know I get this all the time.
- Cotton balls- I cringe when ever I see these things. Can't stand them and the way they feel. Ick!
**(All cakes and cookies that have been painted were not done freehand. I use a projector to get the ideal images on the baked goods)
